Being a custom knifemaker it’s great when you can tailor the blade to exactly what the client is looking for. I’ve known for years and it was such a joy to make these pair of knives for Kate and for their amazing annual gingerbread houses.
Two speciality paring knives used for gingerbread house making. 4” in length, 7/8” tall at the heel, 0.1” thick spine
Angled tip, hollow ground, consistent thickness in spine for weight until the tip.
Damasteel pattern is unknown since it came from the great cut off program that offers.
The handles are dyed Buckeye Burl.
