We had two sales at the market today and those funds are currently on hold for up to three weeks.
We didn’t make as much profit as we had anticipated, but we did have the pleasure of connecting with some local creators and genuinely lovely humans. Point being, we have plenty of inventory on-hand.
We both love the opportunities for connection that in-person vending provides; a simple greeting from the heart often leads to laughter and ends with a newly-established friendship. That being said, we also understand that not everyone is able to attend the monthly Pembroke Farmers Market and Craft Fair. We agree that shouldn’t mean losing access to art that claims “accessibility”, so we are expanding our offerings to our online community.
We’ve attached are some photos of things we’ve made recently with the addition of a few reduced prices in the hopes that our latest batch resonates with some of you here (wherever you’re viewing this multi-platform post).
Our current offerings consist of linocut hand printed shirts, socks, tote bags, prints (framed and unframed) and magnets! Your items will arrive by mail as a result of some mental health and transportation constraints. Rest assured we’re as excited about your purchase as you are, and we aim to ship as soon as realistically possible; your items should arrive in roughly a week after the day you place your order. You can expect each order to be packed with love, gratitude, a personal note from us to you, and few hand printed linocut stickers —a gift of appreciation.

Today’s vending experience did not lessen our determination or belief that The Lucid Garden is something worth growing. We will continue to vend at nearby markets and fairs when able. Human to human, thank you all for your continued support. Our collective love of human expression gets us both out of bed each and every morning. 🌱
