• ½ cup melted butter (to bind crust)
• ¼ cup sugar (for crust sweetness)
• 16 oz cream cheese, softened (base of the cheesecake)
• ¾ cup granulated sugar (for cheesecake filling)
• 2 large eggs (adds structure)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract (for flavor)
• ½ cup sour cream (adds tang and richness)

• Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Stir in vanilla and sour cream.
• Pour mixture over crust. Bake 45–50 minutes or until center is set but slightly jiggly.
• Cool completely, then chill for at least 4 hours.
• Mix crushed golden Oreos with 2 tbsp melted butter and gently press on top.
• Optional: top one side with fresh sliced strawberries, the other with banana slices for a two-flavor finish.
Tips:
• Use parchment paper on the bottom of pan for easy removal.
