Shirley Temple Drink
Ingredients
½ cup orange juice
½ cup lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
1 tablespoon grenadine syrup
1 maraschino cherry
Directions
Combine orange juice and lemon-lime soda in a tall glass. Pour grenadine in and let it sink to the bottom. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a straw for stirring.

Cheddar Garlic Biscuits
Ingredients :
2 cups flour all purpose
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1/3 cup vegetable oil canola oil can also be used
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup cheddar cheese shredded, I prefer sharp cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon butter melted, salted
Instructions :
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray gently with spray oil.
In a large bowl add flour, baking powder, salt and garlic powder. Mix well together until combined with a silicone spatula.
Add vegetable oil and buttermilk to the flour mixture. Mix with a silicone spatula until all the flour is just combined. The dough sometimes seems a little wet but don’t worry, that will just help make a more tender biscuit.
Fold cheddar cheese into the biscuit dough quickly, mixing until just combined so as not to overwork the dough.
Spray the inside of a ¼ cup measuring cup lightly with spray oil. Use the measuring cup to help you portion the dough more evenly into individual biscuit dough balls. Brush the melted butter onto the top of the biscuits.
Place the biscuits in the oven for 15-17 minutes. The edges will be a light golden brown and the biscuits should be light and fluffy. Let them cool on the pan for a minute or two, then enjoy!

Parmesan Baked Pork Chops
Ingredients
4 boneless pork chops, 1/2 thick
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 c Parmesan cheese
1 c Italian bread crumbs
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
Directions
1. On a plate combine the last 4 ingredients.
2. Rub the pork chops with olive oil and then dip (coat) each one in the cheese mixture. Press the mixture over the pork chops to make sure they are well covered in it.
3. Line a pan with tin foil and spray with cooking spray.
4. Place the pork chops on the pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

Dump and Bake Meatball Casserole
Ingredients
1 Bag frozen meatballs defrosted
1 Jar marinara or spaghetti sauce
3 Cups of water
1 Box Bowtie pasta
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 ½ C. Mozzarella cheese
¼ C. Parmesan cheese grated
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Add the meatballs, jar of sauce, water, pasta an Italian seasoning to a high sided oven-proof pot or skillet. Stir to combine.
Bake covered for 35 minutes.
Top with cheeses and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving

Creamy Sausage Alfredo Delight
Ingredients:
12 ounces fettuccine pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound spicy Italian sausage, casings removed
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sausage and break it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and no longer pink.
Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Lower the heat and stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens.
Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste. Heat through.
Serve garnished with fresh parsley.

Cheesy Stuffed Potato Cakes
Ingredients:
• 2 large potatoes, peeled and boiled
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/4 cup chopped green onions
• 1/4 cup chopped cooked bacon
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1 cup breadcrumbs
• Vegetable oil, for frying
Directions:
11. In a mixing bowl, mash the boiled potatoes until smooth.
12. Add shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, bacon, sour cream, salt, and pepper to the mashed potatoes and mix well.
13. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and shape into a patty. Repeat with remaining mixture.
14. Dredge each patty in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat in breadcrumbs.
15. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry each patty until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
16. Drain on paper towels, serve hot with extra green onions and sour cream.

Sausage Cream Cheese Crescents
Ingredients You’ll Need:
1 lb ground sausage
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent rolls
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 green onions, thinly sliced (optional)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions:
Preparation: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cook the Sausage: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground sausage until it’s browned and thoroughly cooked, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks. Once done, drain excess fat and set it aside to cool slightly.
Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with the cooked sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, and sliced green onions (if using). Season the mixture with salt and black pepper to taste.

Fried Mushrooms Recipe
INGREDIENTS
1 pound small button mushrooms ends trimmed
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour divided use
1 cup beer
2 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
3/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
oil for frying
1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat 3 inches of oil in a deep pot to 375 degrees F.
Coat the mushrooms in 1/2 cup flour, shaking off any excess.
In a medium bowl, mix together the remaining cup of flour, beer, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.
Coat each mushroom in batter, letting the excess batter drip back into the bowl.
Fry 4-5 mushrooms at a time until golden brown, about 7 minutes.
Repeat the process with the remaining mushrooms.
Sprinkle with parsley, then serve immediately

Ranch Cheddar Chicken Burgers
Ingredients
Chicken Burger Patties:
2 lbs ground chicken
1 egg
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
1 oz ranch seasoning mix
3 garlic cloves, smashed and minced
1/2 cup finely diced onion
1/2 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Prepare the Burger Mixture:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, egg, plain bread crumbs, ranch seasoning mix, minced garlic, finely diced onion, and finely shredded cheddar cheese.
Mix all the ingredients together until well combined. Take care to avoid overmixing, as it can result in tough patties.
Form the Patties:
Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about 3/4-inch thick. This recipe should make about 6-8 patties, depending on your preferred size.
Cook the Patties:
Preheat a grill or a large skillet over medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grates or skillet to prevent sticking.

Cajun Chicken Gnocchi
Ingredients
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/2 lb. total)
4 1/2 tsp. (or more) Creole seasoning with sodium
3 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil, divided
1 yellow onion, finely chopped
1 medium green bell pepper, seeds and ribs removed, finely chopped
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1 c. low-sodium chicken broth
2 Tbsp. tomato paste
1 c. half-and-half
1/2 c. drained chopped sun-dried tomatoes
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1 (17-oz.) package gnocchi
1/4 c. grated Parmesan
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Chopped fresh parsley, for serving
Directions
Season chicken on both sides with 4 teaspoons Creole seasoning. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat 2 tablespoons oil. Cook chicken, turning halfway through, until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate.
In same skillet over medium heat, heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil. Cook onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 5 minutes.
Stir in broth and tomato paste and scrape up any browned bits on bottom of pan. While stirring, slowly add half-and-half. Add sun-dried tomatoes, thyme, and 1/2 teaspoon Creole seasoning. Bring to a simmer and stir in gnocchi. Nestle chicken back into skillet. Simmer over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and an instant-read thermometer inserted into thickest part registers 165°, 8 to 10 minutes. Transfer chicken to a cutting board.
Stir Parmesan into skillet until melted; taste and season with Creole seasoning, salt, and pepper, if needed. Remove from heat and keep warm. Slice chicken and return to skillet. Top with parsley

Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Potatoes
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts
4–5 small/medium-sized potatoes
Olive oil
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika (for potatoes)
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon each of salt and pepper
1 teaspoon each of paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons minced garlic
Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
Wash and peel potatoes, then cut into small cubes. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Cook potatoes in an air fryer at 400°F for about 20 minutes, shaking them a couple of times during cooking.
Cut chicken breasts into small cubes. Season with 1/2 teaspoon each of salt and pepper, and 1 teaspoon each of paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the seasoned chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Add minced garlic and Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce to the skillet, stirring to coat the chicken.
Once potatoes are done, add them to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top and either place a lid on the skillet until the cheese melts or broil in the oven until melted
