Mango Cream Dessert Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups crushed biscuits or graham cracker crumbs
4 tbsp melted butter
2 cups heavy whipping cream
250 g cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
3 ripe mangoes, diced
1/2 cup mango puree
Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)
Instructions:
Mix the crushed biscuits with the melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a serving bowl or trifle dish.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the biscuit base.
Add a layer of diced mangoes and drizzle some mango puree.
Repeat the layers until the dish is full.
Top with extra mango cubes and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Chill Time: 2 hours
Servings: 6–8
