Sugar-Free and Lactose-Free Strawberry Bonbon
Recipe for a delicious Sugar-Free and Lactose-Free Strawberry Bonbon, made with dates, shredded coconut, DOIS FRADES Cocoa Powder, cashews, chia, sesame seeds, and strawberries.
Ingredients
1 cup (150 g) of dates
1 cup (150 g)
1 cup (150 g) of water
4 tablespoons (150 g) of shredded coconut
1 tablespoon (150 g) of NESTLÉ DOIS FRADES Cocoa Powder
1 cup (150 g) of ground cashew nuts
1 tablespoon (150 g) of chia seeds
3 tablespoons (150 g) of sesame seeds
10 strawberries
Preparation
1. Soak the dates in water for 30 minutes. Drain the dates and set aside.
2. In a blender, blend the dates with the shredded coconut and cocoa powder until a moist, creamy paste forms.
3. In a bowl, combine the date paste with the cashews, chia seeds, and sesame seeds and mix well.
4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
5. Using a spoon, take small portions of the paste and fold in the strawberries, one by one, like chocolates. Sprinkle with shredded coconut.
6. Store in the refrigerator.
