A recent refinish and stair/railing upgrade project in Richboro, PA. We originally installed these floors approximately 20 years ago and the homeowner was looking for a refresh. Floors and new oak stair treads are stained DuraSeal classic gray. New oak box newels and handrails are stained DuraSeal true black. Bona traffic HD satin for the final.

Homeowner approached us with his own African teak (Afrormosia) flooring and asked us to install/sand/finish…we said sure. Our Bona PowerDrive sanders cut this flat as glass and a basecoat of Bona natural sealer really brought the beauty out. Finished with Traffic HD satin. Truly turned out to be an amazing floor!
