….Caribbean Surf & Turf Trio….
Today’s lunch turned into a full luxury surf & turf experience at Krave Yard’s Kitchen
We brought together butter poached lobster tails, rosemary butter basted steak medallions, and golden garlic shrimp layered over creamy Yukon Gold herb mashed potatoes with rustic red skin potatoes folded throughout for texture and flavor.
On the side? Garlic butter French green beans blistered low and slow with roasted garlic, herbs, cracked pepper, and rich butter until perfectly charred and vibrant.
The lobster tails were drenched in our Creole garlic butter blend and finished with bold Caribbean inspired seasoning that settled into every layer of the dish. The steak was pan seared and basted continuously in butter, garlic, and rosemary until it developed that deep crust while staying tender and juicy inside.
This wasn’t just lunch, this was a whole experience two.
