Angled Acres Wood & Whatnot Angled Acres Wood & Whatnot is run by a retired husband-and-wife duo who decided retirement was a great time to…start a sawmill.

Using locally sourced trees and a solar-powered mill, they turn logs into lumber and “whatnot” into things you suddenly need.

Went to a threshing show to watch an old time steam sawmill do its thing. It was fun to see how much things have changed. It was large and very noisy. I’m glad ours is electric and compact.
