ANTI-INFLAMMATORY TURMERIC MILK
This warm golden drink is a classic comfort remedy for calming inflammation and supporting joints, digestion, and immunity. Turmeric and black pepper work together for better absorption, cinnamon adds antioxidant support, while coconut oil and honey make it soothing and nourishing.
Ingredients (1 serving):
• 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
• 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
• 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
• 1 teaspoon honey
How to make:
Warm the milk in a small pot (do not boil). Stir in turmeric, cinnamon, black pepper, and coconut oil. Mix well. Remove from heat, add honey, stir, and drink warm.
How often:
Drink once daily in the evening or before bed.
