Okay, I know I’m yapping for four whole minutes in this one 😅 but my Disneyland Paris review is FINALLY here!
Crossing another Disney park off the bucket list (and maybeeeeeee Tokyo Disneyland next year?! 👀🇯🇵), but this was definitely our one and only time visiting Paris.
My honest rating? A solid 4/10.
Don’t get me wrong- I’m so glad we went! The attention to detail is gorgeous, seeing the unique park differences was super cool, and making memories with family is always a win 💖 But honestly? It just didn’t hit me with that usual magic Disney effect.
A few real-talk reasons why:
🍽️ The Food Situation: When your Louisiana roots run this deep, you need seasoning! We legit felt like we were starving in Paris. Even eating at Walt’s (supposedly their top-tier spot), we left unimpressed and still hungry. Our foodie spirits were crushed.
🇫🇷 The Vibe: No sugarcoating it… the cultural clash was real, and it was made very clear that Americans weren’t the favorite guests in town.
🎢 The Rides & Perks: FastPass/Premier Access is an absolute MUST. The ride overlays were super neat, though a few left us with serious whiplash! 😂
Definitely recommend going once for the experience, but mentally prepare yourselves… and pack some Tony Chachere’s in your bag! 😉😉
