Dinner tonight. Teriyaki Ginger Glazed Salmon, Oven “fried” fingerling potatoes, and a blue cheese and tomato salad. Potatoes were sliced on the new Rapid Prep Mandolin, Salad chopped with Salad Choppers and tossed with the Salad Claws. The Salad Bowl makes for a fantastic presentation. I made dressing using the Pampered Chef Greek Rub blend, apple cider vinegar, and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Salmon and potatoes were cooked on my large and medium Bar Pans.
