Luca requested the viral Blanket dumpling but I made them like opposite side up to get a crispy skirt at the bottom- GREAT idea. Improvised a bit on the filling but used her method for the dumplings and it was a hit! Boys all loved them!

Okay, so this just may be one of the most delicious things I’ve ever made and the PERFECT lent Friday meal. I can legit eat it every day of my life. Perfectly cooked- with crispy skin Branzino filet topped with olive tapenade, side of sauteed portobellos with garlic, and side of sauteed spinach, garlic, lemon, extra virgin olive oil, burst cherry tomatoes! Happy 7th Birthday to our youngest son, Antonio, my baby! How is my “baby” SEVEN? Why is time such a thief?! Antonio is the most kind, loving, smart, and caring little boy. This year he started playing basketball 🏀. He is good at math and loves playing with his brothers and friends. He has an adventurous spirit and loves to explore. Antonio loves to draw and loves animals. We love you more than words can convey! We are truly blessed that you are our son!
