I’ve been making this on repeat lately. It’s my favorite way to get that golden, satisfying crunch without using any flour or breadcrumbs. Perfect for a post-workout meal or a quick healthy dinner when you want something that actually tastes like it came from a Mediterranean bistro. The combination of the warm chicken with the cool whipped feta is just… next level.
🛒 Ingredients:�• Chicken breast (sliced into cutlets)�• Crushed raw almonds & Parmesan�• 1 Egg (the "glue")�• Spices: Turmeric, Paprika, Garlic powder�• Broccoli & Cherry tomatoes�• For the sauce: Feta, Greek Yogurt, Lemon, Olive oil�• Fresh basil & olive oil (for the finish)
