I cannot believe I finally found this recipe! My grandma would make these for holiday parties when I was a girl and I would sneak as many as I could without being discovered. A true guilty pleasure and my heart is so happy to be able to make them again. I definitely hadn't forgotten how tasty they were! ❀️

My oh my! My mum used to make this for me when I was a little girl, but sadly, I never got her recipe. I knew the ingredients, but I could never quite find a version that had the same texture. Then I tried this recipe, and it took me right back. It tastes just like I remember. She would make it for us whenever we were sick, and it was always the best little treat. Some recipes really do taste like home.
