If you've thought about trying a dance or fitness class and want to play while getting a great workout. Whether you're a total beginner, or you kickball change on the regular, this class is both challenging and encouraging for all. Everyone regardless of "dance background" can and should have the opportunity to enjoy music, movement, and all that rhythm can offer. Combining elements from my favori
te forms of dance including a warm-up centered on technique. Getting to work on fundamentals while going over how they apply to choreography, and simply strutting down the street. Some classes will feature live music, from talented local artists, including percussion and DJ sets. Other classes will be themed (Britney, Broadway, Burlesque Etc) . As well as fun lighting to go along with what we're creating, everyone gets to feel like a rock star. You just need to confirm and be ready to werk. Every few weeks I'll be taking polls on our social media pages asking what you want to dance to, learn, and work on. The more input I get the better I can build classes. Classes are $10 and spaces are limited. Places will be reserved once confirmed by me via email, text , or messenger. Payments accepted:
