Spicy Rapid Roast Chicken 🌶️🍗

Ingredients:

1 whole chicken (3–4 lb)

3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

1½ tsp chili powder

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

1 tsp dried oregano or thyme

1 lemon, halved (optional)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) for fast roasting.

Pat chicken dry and rub all over with olive oil or butter.

Mix spices and season chicken generously inside and out.

Place lemon halves inside the cavity if using.

Roast uncovered for 45–55 minutes, until skin is crispy and internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).

Rest 10 minutes, carve, and serve.

Miso-Mayo Chicken Bowls 🍚🍗

Ingredients (Chicken):

1 lb chicken thighs or breasts, sliced

3 tbsp mayonnaise

1½ tbsp white miso paste

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp honey or sugar

1 tsp rice vinegar

1 clove garlic, grated

1 tsp sesame oil

Bowl Components:

Cooked white or brown rice

Steamed broccoli or green beans

Shredded carrots

Cucumber slices

Green onions & sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions:

Mix mayonnaise, miso, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and sesame oil.

Toss chicken with the miso-mayo mixture and marinate 15–30 minutes.

Cook chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat until golden and cooked through.

Assemble bowls with rice, vegetables, and chicken.

Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve warm.

No-Bake Japanese Cheesecake 🍰☁️

Ingredients (Crust):

2 cups crushed digestive biscuits or graham crackers

½ cup melted butter

Ingredients (Cheesecake):

1½ cups cream cheese, softened

½ cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup heavy cream, cold

1 tbsp lemon juice

1½ tbsp unflavored gelatin

¼ cup warm water

Instructions:

Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter and press into a springform pan. Chill 20 minutes.

Bloom gelatin in warm water and let dissolve completely.

Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice until smooth.

Whip heavy cream to soft peaks and gently fold into cream cheese mixture.

Slowly mix in dissolved gelatin.

Pour filling over crust and smooth the top.

Refrigerate 4–6 hours until fully set.

Instructions:

½ cup melted butter

2 tbsp sugar

Ingredients (Cheesecake):

4 packages cream cheese, softened

1¼ cups sugar

4 eggs

1 cup sour cream

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp all-purpose flour

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).

Mix crust ingredients, press into a springform pan, and bake 10 minutes.

Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.

Mix in sour cream, vanilla, and flour.

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup sour cream

Topping:

¾ cup caramel sauce

Instructions:

Pistachio Cream Filling:

1 cup heavy cream, chilled

½ cup pistachio paste or finely ground pistachios

¼ cup powdered sugar

Chocolate Ganache:

1 cup dark chocolate chips

½ cup heavy cream

Garnish:

Chopped pistachios

Optional edible gold flakes

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two 9-inch cake pans.

Mix dry cake ingredients. Add eggs, milk, oil, vanilla, and hot water; beat until smooth.

2½ cups all-purpose flour

2 tsp baking powder

½ tsp baking soda

½ tsp salt

1½ tsp cinnamon

½ tsp nutmeg

¾ cup butter, softened

1½ cups sugar

3 eggs

½ cup milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 cups apples, peeled and diced

Caramel Frosting:

½ cup butter

1 cup brown sugar

¼ cup heavy cream

1½ cups powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch pan or two round pans.

Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then vanilla.

Add dry ingredients alternately with milk. Fold in apples.

Bake 35–40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.

2 cups elbow macaroni

2 tbsp butter

2 tbsp flour

2 cups milk

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup mozzarella or Monterey Jack (optional)

Salt and black pepper to taste

¼ tsp paprika (optional)

Instructions:

Cook macaroni in salted water according to package directions; drain.

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook 1 minute.

Slowly whisk in milk until smooth; cook until thickened.

Reduce heat and stir in cheeses until melted and creamy.

Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Fold in macaroni and serve hot.
