I wish I knew earlier that making Almond Milk was SO easy! (And saves me a ton of money!). So far, with the PC Cooking Blender, I have made almond and coconut milk! It take literally 5 minutes, a cup of nuts, and 5 cups of water! (minus the soaking time). It is SOOOOO delish!

My teenager made this last night. Though it doesn’t look quite as good as the PC photo, it tasted delish. I just love my Cast Iron Skillets.

Making a homemade chocolate chip cookie in a skillet is easier, and arguably more delicious than baking them in the oven. You don’t have to scoop out individual cookies, and the cast iron gives the cookie a crisp crust with a soft, chewy center.

I totally forgot to take something out of the freezer! No problem! Chicken chili it is, from frozen, in the PC Quick Cooker! Done in 25 minutes!

Running out of dinner ideas?

Tonight I made lemon chicken in my Pampered Chef Quick Cooker in about 10 minutes. So easy, and so delicious. I served it over shaved brussel sprouts sautéed with pancetta. Message me for the recipe!
