Cheesy Meat and Herb Stuffed Baked Onions
Ingredients
4 large yellow or sweet onions

1 lb lean ground beef or ground pork

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped

1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella or Gruyère cheese (divided)

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions
Preheat and Prep: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking dish or baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Prepare the Onions: Cut off the top and bottom stems of each onion so they can sit flat. Peel off the outer papery skin. Using a spoon or a melon baller, carefully hollow out the center of the onions, leaving a sturdy wall about 2 to 3 layers thick at the outside. Finely chop about 1/2 cup of the extracted onion centers to use in the filling.

Cook the Filling: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing for 3 minutes until soft. Add the ground meat, breaking it apart with a spatula, and cook until fully browned. Drain any excess fat.

Season and Bind: Remove the skillet from the heat. Stir in the breadcrumbs, parsley, Italian seasoning, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese until thoroughly combined.

Stuff the Onions: Place the hollowed-out onion shells onto the foil-lined baking dish. Spoon the savory meat mixture generously into each onion cavity, pressing down gently to pack them tightly.

Bake: Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil to trap the steam. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until the onion shells are tender and cooked through.

Melt the Cheese: Remove the foil and top each stuffed onion with the remaining shredded cheese. Return to the oven uncovered and bake for an additional 5 to 8 minutes (or broil for 2 to 3 minutes) until the cheese is completely melted, bubbling, and beautifully browned.

Serve: Allow to cool slightly before serving hot, enjoying the melted cheese pull.

Slow Cooker Sticky Honey Garlic Chicken Bites
Ingredients
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs (or breasts), cut into bite-sized pieces

1/2 cup honey

1/4 cup soy sauce

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup onion, finely diced

2 tablespoons tomato paste

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and black pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons cornstarch blended with 2 tablespoons water (slurry)

Instructions
Prep the Chicken: Season the chicken bites with salt and black pepper. Place the seasoned chicken and diced onion directly into the slow cooker.

Make the Glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, tomato paste, olive oil, and red pepper flakes until smooth.

Combine: Pour the honey garlic mixture over the chicken, tossing gently to ensure all pieces are evenly coated.

Slow Cook: Cover and cook on Low for 4 to 5 hours or on High for 2 to 3 hours, until the chicken is tender and thoroughly cooked.

Thicken Sauce: Remove the chicken bites with a slotted spoon and set aside. Whisk the cornstarch slurry into the remaining liquid in the slow cooker. Turn to High and let it simmer uncovered for about 10 minutes until the sauce transforms into a thick, glossy, sticky glaze.

Glaze and Serve: Return the chicken to the slow cooker and toss to completely coat the bites in the rich sauce before serving.

Classic Beef Lo Mein

Ingredients
Noodles & Protein:

8 oz Lo Mein noodles (or egg noodles / spaghetti)

1/2 lb flank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced against the grain

Vegetables:

1 small green bell pepper, sliced into strips

1 small red bell pepper, sliced into strips

1/2 medium onion, sliced

3-4 green onions, cut into 2-inch pieces

The Sauce:

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp dark soy sauce (for that rich color)

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp sugar

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp grated fresh ginger

Instructions
Cook the Noodles: Cook the noodles in a large pot of boiling water according to package instructions. Drain, rinse briefly with cold water to stop the cooking, and set aside.

Sear the Beef: Heat a tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the sliced beef in a single layer and sear for about 1–2 minutes per side until browned but still tender. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.

Stir-Fry the Vegetables: Add another splash of oil to the same pan. Add the onions, green bell peppers, and red bell peppers. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until they begin to soften but still retain a slight crunch. Stir in the garlic and ginger during the last 30 seconds.

Combine everything: Lower the heat slightly. Toss the cooked noodles and the seared beef (along with any juices) back into the skillet with the vegetables.

Sauce and Finish: Pour the whisked sauce ingredients over the noodles. Use tongs to toss everything together vigorously for 1–2 minutes until the noodles are evenly coated and heated through. Toss in the green onions right at the end, give it one final mix, and serve steaming hot.

Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Turkey Quarters
Ingredients
For the Meat:

4 large bone-in turkey quarters (or substitute with large bone-in chicken thighs)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and black pepper, to taste

For the Sticky Sweet & Savory Braising Sauce:

3/4 cup honey

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup ketchup

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for a hint of heat)

2 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp cold water (for thickening the sauce at the end)

Instructions
Season the Meat: Pat the turkey or chicken pieces completely dry with paper towels. Season all sides generously with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Layer in the Slow Cooker: Arrange the seasoned meat pieces in a single layer at the bottom of the slow cooker insert.

Whisk the Sauce: In a medium bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, ketchup, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and optional red pepper flakes. Whisk until the honey is fully dissolved and the sauce is uniform.

Pour and Coat: Pour the sticky sauce over the meat, ensuring every piece is well coated.

Slow Braise: Cover with the lid and cook on Low for 6-7 hours (or High for 3-4 hours if using chicken thighs) until the meat is incredibly tender and easily pulls away from the bone.

Thicken the Glaze: Carefully remove the tender meat and set it aside. Stir the cornstarch slurry directly into the bubbling juices inside the slow cooker. Turn the settings to High and let the sauce cook uncovered for 10-15 minutes until it thickens into a glossy, rich glaze.

Garnish and Serve: Return the meat to the slow cooker to coat it completely in the thickened sauce, or transfer it to plates and generously ladle the deep, caramelized glaze over the top right before serving.

Cheesy Baked Crab Cakes
Ingredients
For the Crab Cakes:

1 lb jumbo lump crab meat, picked through for shells

1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 large egg, beaten

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

Salt and black pepper, to taste

For the Cheesy Topping:

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or a blend of mozzarella and cheddar)

1 tbsp melted butter

A pinch of paprika (for color)

Instructions
Prep the Base: In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, beaten egg, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, lemon juice, and chopped parsley until smooth.

Mix in Crab: Gently fold in the jumbo lump crab meat and panko breadcrumbs. Be careful not to overmix so you keep the large, meaty crab lumps intact. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper to taste.

Form and Chill: Divide the mixture into 4 large, thick patties. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to help them hold their shape.

Bake: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly brush the tops of the crab cakes with melted butter. Bake for 12-15 minutes until they are heated through and just starting to turn golden brown.

Add the Cheese: Remove the crab cakes from the oven and generously top each one with the shredded cheese and a light dust of paprika.

Broil: Turn the oven to broil. Return the crab cakes to the oven for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is completely melted, bubbling, and beautifully browned.

Serve: Garnish with additional fresh parsley and serve hot.
