Ingredients:

Ingredients:
▢ 1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
▢ 8 oz cream cheese, softened
▢ 1 can crushed pineapple, well-drained
▢ 1/2 cup powdered sugar

▢ 1/2 cup granulated sugar
▢ 3 tablespoons cornstarch

▢ 2 large egg yolks
▢ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
▢ 1 cup shredded coconut
▢ Whipped cream

Start by lining two 9x13-inch baking pans with parchment paper.
