Ingredients:
• 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese
• 2 cans (14 oz each) sweetened condensed milk
• 1 can (12 oz) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
• 2 tubs (8 oz each) Cool Whip, thawed
• Zest of 2 lemons
• 3 prepared graham cracker crusts (9-inch)
Instructions:
1. Let cream cheese soften at room temperature for 20–30 minutes.
2. Beat cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
3. Add lemonade concentrate and lemon zest, mixing until combined.
4. Gently fold in Cool Whip until smooth and fluffy.
5. Divide the filling evenly into the graham cracker crusts.
6. Smooth the tops for a clean finish.
7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
8. Serve chilled and garnish as desired.
