These cheesy Reuben Sliders are packed with layers of savory corned beef, melty Swiss cheese, tangy sauerkraut, and creamy dressing baked inside buttery toasted slider buns. Perfect for game day, parties, or an easy crowd-pleasing dinner.

Ingredients:
12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
1 lb corned beef, sliced or chopped
8 slices Swiss cheese
1 cup sauerkraut, drained well
½ cup Thousand Island dressing
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp sesame seeds
Optional: chopped chives or parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish or sheet pan.
Slice the slider buns in half horizontally while keeping the rolls connected if possible.
Place the bottom half of the buns into the prepared baking dish.
Spread a layer of Thousand Island dressing across the buns for that classic creamy Reuben flavor.
Layer half of the Swiss cheese over the buns, then add the corned beef evenly across the top.
Spoon the drained sauerkraut over the meat, spreading it out so every slider gets a little tangy bite.
Add the remaining Swiss cheese on top, then place the top buns over everything.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, and sesame seeds.
Brush the seasoned butter generously over the tops of the buns until fully coated.

1 cup cooked sweet potato

1/2 cup almond flour

1/4 cup maple syrup

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup chopped pecans

1/4 cup raisins

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet or mini muffin pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

In a large mixing bowl, mash the cooked sweet potato until smooth.

Add the almond flour, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
