Ingredients:
crushed pineapple
sweetened coconut flakes
vanilla pudding
shortbread cookie crumbs
whipped topping

Instructions:
Add shortbread cookie crumbs to the bottom of small jars.
Layer crushed pineapple, sweetened coconut flakes, vanilla pudding, and whipped topping.
Chill briefly and spoon straight from the jar.
