Doing a quick bathroom refresh before I head to France 🇫🇷. The Handyman/plumber quoted me a price of $650 to install this vanity. I went to the hardware store to get the drill bit, and correct bolts and ne some silicone. Installed the cabinet and faucet in about 2 hours (including 2 trips to the hardware store). Tomorrow the coop handyman will be coming to install the Drain (Ptrap) and connect the water lines for $120. Total price for everything installed $402.98. Some of these guys are just being ridiculous with how much they are charging for very simple jobs.

We are finally getting to the final stages of the renovation of my parents house. The largest project I have done yet. The crown molding and painting being done throughout the entire house this week and next, then the kitchen cabinets and appliances will be installed, then the quartz countertop and lastly the backsplash and plumbing connections. The laundry room is going to be amazing!!! I set up a makeshift office to work remotely on Thursday’s and Fridays. They move back home o we Labor Day weekend. Yay!!!

Next project underway! It’s time to update this 24 year old kitchen. I will post pictures as we make progress.
