GLP-1 medications can be incredibly helpful tools, but because they slow gastric emptying and reduce appetite, your nutrition has to become more intentional.
When you’re eating less overall, every calorie matters.
I encourage my clients to focus on foods that help support:
✔️ protein intake
✔️ fiber intake
✔️ blood sugar balance
✔️ muscle retention
✔️ energy and overall nourishment
