Radhika Armaan We believe that design is so much more than beautifully decorated spaces.

Crafting a home can and should be a life-changing experience that teaches you not just about what you like, but about how you want to live.

565 Broome Street.
One of SoHo’s most coveted luxury addresses.

This stunning residence sits in the heart of SoHo —
where Renzo Piano’s iconic glass tower
meets the energy of one of Manhattan’s
most sought-after neighborhoods.

And while I was soaking up the SoHo vibes
at The Ray-Ban House with my girls —
I was reminded exactly why my clients
fall in love with this neighborhood
before they even sign the papers. 😎

Cobblestone streets. World-class dining.
Boutiques, galleries, and that energy
you simply cannot find anywhere else in New York.

me: i’m not a hamptons person
also me: 👇

Showed up in the Hamptons and suddenly I have opinions about cappuccino foam art, I’m reading historical plaques like I’m getting paid for it, and I’m standing on a closed beach looking UNBOTHERED. 🏖️☕

St. Andrew’s Dune Church founded 1879? Bestie I felt that in my soul. Apparently people have been coming here to feel fancy and relaxed since before electricity. Completely valid. I get it now.

75 Main said “outdoor dining with white tablecloths” and my whole personality shifted. I am now a person who lunches. This is who I am.

Sant Ambroeus cappuccino hit different when you’re pretending you summer here every year 💅

The beach was technically closed due to blue-green algae but the VIBES were open. Always.

One day in the Hamptons and I’ve already started saying things like “the light here is just different” and “I really connect with this energy.”

Send help. Or just send me back. 🌊

“A day in the life of a Manhattan agent: peace ✌️, caffeine ☕, sunglasses to hide the 6am eyes 🕶️, and a smile because we just closed. 😄 Living the dream — and the hustle. 🏙️”

Some spaces just stop you in your tracks.
This was my afternoon at with the incredible Raksha Sanikam — a Pratt-trained designer who’s redefining what Indian luxury looks like in America.
Swipe through and you’ll see jhoolas reimagined as sculpture, console tables carrying sacred symbolism, and craftsmanship that took generations to perfect.
Proud doesn’t even begin to cover it. 🇮🇳❤️

Today the universe handed me an unexpected gift: a cancelled meeting.
I went for a long walk. It started to rain. I came home, brewed a cup of tea, and sat by the window watching droplets dance on the glass and the garden glow in that washed-green way it only does after rain.
And I paused.
Someone once told me, “You only get to choose two out of three — your life, my life, and our life.” I’ve been turning that over in my mind ever since. Is work-life balance real, or is it a story we tell ourselves while quietly trading away the moments that matter most?
I don’t have the answer. But I know this — afternoons like today rebuild me. They remind me to slow down, to notice, to come back tomorrow as a softer, steadier, better version of myself.
When was the last time you let yourself simply be? ☕

Manhattan has a neighborhood for every personality. 🗽
Spent the day showing my client from Singapore around the city, and it sparked the ultimate question: what’s YOUR Manhattan vibe?
Upper East polish? 🥂
Upper West charm? 🌳
SoHo cool? 🛍️
Village soul? 🎷
Tribeca luxe? 🍷
Wall Street power? 🏙️
Tell me in the comments — which neighborhood is calling your name? 👇

There’s nowhere on earth quite like this. Central Park, the shimmering water, the skyline standing tall like old friends watching over the city — Manhattan, you never fail to steal my breath away. On the most beautiful day, in the most beautiful place, with the most beautiful view. This city is my heart.

Your Gift Is Waiting

I share this not to tell my story, but because I know many of you have had your own moments of doubt, disruption, or difficulty. Perhaps you are in one right now. What Neda reminded me — and what I want to pass along to each of you — is that the way something arrives in your life does not define what it becomes.

Compass is more than a company. It is a community of people who dare to dream big, who face reality honestly, who move with purpose, and who lift each other without pride getting in the way. That is who we are. That is who you are.

What will you do with your gift?

My cherry blossom bloomed again — and honestly, it never gets old.
Every single year I wait for her, and every single year she reminds me why some things are worth the wait.
Nature does something magical to a home. It changes the energy. It brings calm into a room, life into a corner, and something almost sacred into your everyday space. We are deeply connected to growing things — and when nature lives inside your home, you feel it. The air is different. The light is different. You feel different.
But beyond the beauty, my little blossom tree has been teaching me a lesson for years now — one I carry into my work as a real estate professional:
The best things don’t always come quickly. They come right on time.
