🐟 Bang Bang Salmon Made Perfect in Just 15 Minutes!
Crispy-seared salmon fillets smothered in that irresistible creamy, sweet, and spicy Bang Bang sauce. Restaurant-quality flavor at home with minimal effort — this is the salmon recipe everyone keeps asking for! 😍

Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets (6 oz each), skin-on or skinless
2 tbsp olive oil or butter
Salt & black pepper, to taste
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)
Bang Bang Sauce:
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sweet chili sauce
1–2 tbsp sriracha (adjust for heat preference)
1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
1 tsp rice vinegar or lime juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp soy sauce (optional)
Garnish:
Chopped green onions or chives
Fresh parsley (optional)
Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions:
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
In a small bowl, whisk together all the Bang Bang sauce ingredients until smooth. Set aside.
Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place salmon fillets in the pan (skin-side down if using skin-on). Cook for 4–5 minutes until golden and crispy.
Flip the salmon and cook another 3–5 minutes until cooked through (internal temp 145°F).
Remove from heat and generously spoon or brush the Bang Bang sauce over each fillet. Let it warm through for 30–60 seconds.
Garnish with chopped green onions, parsley, and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
