Vegan Pesto Recipes 😎
Ingredients:
2 cups fresh basil leaves
1/2 cup pine nuts (or any other nut of your choice)
3 garlic cloves, peeled
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
1/2 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

In a food processor or blender, combine the basil leaves, pine nuts, and garlic cloves.

Pulse until the mixture is finely chopped.

Add in the nutritional yeast and pulse until combined.

While the blender or food processor is running, slowly pour in the olive oil until the mixture is smooth and well-combined.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve your delicious vegan pesto with pasta, bread, or any other dish you like!

Ingredients:

Dough: 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, 2 1/4 tsp. instant yeast, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1/4 cup melted vegan butter, 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Filling: 1/4 cup softened vegan butter, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 tbsp. ground cinnamon, 1 tbsp. matcha powder OR 1/2 cup mashed blueberries
Glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar, 2-3 tbsp. almond milk, 1 tsp. matcha powder OR 1/2 cup mashed blueberries
Instructions:

Mix together dough ingredients and knead on a floured surface until smooth.
Let dough rise for 1 hour.
Roll out dough into a rectangle and spread filling on top.
Roll up dough and slice into rolls.
Let rolls rise for 30 minutes.
Bake at 375°F for 25-30 minutes.
Mix together glaze ingredients and drizzle on top of rolls.
Enjoy your delicious vegan cinnamon rolls with either matcha or blueberry flavor!🥰
