🍽️ Cheesy Baked Chicken Casserole

Tender chicken baked in a rich, savory sauce and covered with gooey melted cheese until golden, bubbly, and irresistible. This cozy dish is perfect with rice, pasta, mashed potatoes, or crusty bread! 🍗🧀✨

🛒 Ingredients:
• 4 chicken breasts or thighs
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1/2 cup chicken broth
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tbsp butter
• Fresh parsley, optional

👩‍🍳 Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the chicken for 2–3 minutes per side.
4. Place the chicken in a baking dish.
5. Add onion, garlic, chicken broth, heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and butter around the chicken.
6. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the top.
7. Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and golden.
8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
