Short shaggies made using a bunch of mixed, blended, and solid materials like alpaca wool and Tibetan Highland wool blends, mixes of Pashmina wool and raw silk, as well as solid Pashmina and solid raw silk options.

All VERY amazing and INCREDIBLY SOFT to the touch and simply HEAVEN underfoot.

A bit late to post but we are quite proud to have been part of FABULOUS project that recently won the BEST USE OF COLOR category for the new LOUIS VUITTON BOUTIQUE in Manila designed by and granted by TATLER HOMES magazine.

This was a project highlighting the best the Philippines has to offer, from inspiration to concept to executed design and we are just plain honored to have been part of it.

THANK YOU to all who voted and to the entire team for making this happen!!!

Oh, and back in NYC, some snaps of some new arrivals heading to a discerning client in Tel Aviv - our brand new TARTAN thin flatweave design realized in 100% acrylic fibers perfect for outdoor use, as well as indoors, of course!

Today is all about TEXTURE taken from NATURE for a new project.

Using new techniques exploring hand carded and two ply silk fibers to create flatweave, whipstitched samples for a very special client in Rhode Island, USA.

The result is like a tight bouclé with varying yarn thickness, density and height.

Inspiration taken from our own archived photo footage of giant New England bedrock boulders pushed to the area by the giant Wisconsin Glacier some 16,000 years ago.

Yes kids, the past DOES matter.

Oh so GOOD TO BE BACK at the studio!

One year and a half away - that’s 547 DAYS - and just slipped right in.

One sometimes forgets all that one has built, and reconnecting and getting back in the actual saddle is truly a beautiful and viscerally amazing thing.

SO, over the weekend, THIS dropped at the spanking brand new LOUIS VUITTON flagship store in the equally spanking brand new Greenbelt 3 hall in Makati.

Three Fab and original rugs for a very, very, VERY fab client.

All custom designed and made to order.

All sporting a mélange construction technique weave mixing multiple yarn colors to create visual depth and texture.

FROM SOURCE TO FLOOR: Post #9 is all about our PEACE LILY custom designed rug.

Originated from a photo taken on the client’s property of their lily pad, the photo was then re-interpreted using CAD technologies and rug was woven.

Seen here being washed before shipping out, and then finally installed in this outrageously chic and beautiful home setting.

It’s always amazing to us what happens when one chooses to SEE and not just LOOK.
