đż What if reconnecting with nature begins with something as simple as a wooden cutting board?
Our relationship with nature is ancient. Biophilia describes our innate tendency to connect with the natural worldâand that connection doesnât have to end when we walk indoors.
Natural materials, organic forms, plants, and daylight can bring elements of nature into our everyday environments.
As a designer, I believe these choices are more than aesthetic. Theyâre opportunities to create spaces that support our well-being and remind us that weâre part of nature, not separate from it.
This is the heart of Design Is Medicineâ˘: designing environments with science and soul.
⨠Look around your home. Whatâs one natural element that makes you feel more connected to the world outside? Let me know!
đYour Design Goddess,
Mahwishđ
