Yesterday was move-in day — and we made it.

There is still a mountain of boxes, but it is wonderful to finally be in our new Chelsea office and watch the space come together.

I am especially pleased with how well our existing furniture fits into the new space. The Unifor workstations and Knoll chairs came with us, and the maple materials library from our former office was reworked into an even better area for developing projects and reviewing materials.

We also made choices with health and sustainability in mind, including low-VOC paints and floor finishes. Reusing well-designed furniture and selecting lower-toxicity materials reflects the way I think about interiors: beautiful, functional, and healthier to inhabit.

More photos once the boxes are gone.

Such a pleasure to bring together several of the women who served with me on the CREW New York Programs Committee during my two years as Chair.

We worked closely to create timely, relevant programming, drawing on our different perspectives, professional experience, and networks.

The committee also gave all of us opportunities to stretch professionally, build leadership skills, make new connections, and contribute in meaningful ways.

Most of all, it was wonderful to reconnect and celebrate the friendships that grew from working together.

Excited to share that we are getting ready to move into our new office!
After months of planning and construction, it is wonderful to see the space finally coming together. We designed it around how we work today, with an emphasis on flexibility, healthy, high-quality LED lighting, thoughtfully selected materials, and a nod to sustainability through the reuse of our existing Unifor furniture.
A few finishing touches remain, but I am very much looking forward to settling in and beginning our next chapter.

Take a Deep Breath…

I’m delighted to share my latest article,
“Seven Smart Strategies for Healthier Interior Environments”
featured in the June issue of The Mann Report.

As we rethink the spaces where we live and work, wellness is no longer optional; it’s essential. This article outlines practical strategies I use to design healthier, more resilient interiors, from toxin-free materials to improving indoor air quality, and incorporating human-centric lighting design.

Whether you're planning a renovation or a new interior buildout, these ideas can help you create environments that support well-being at every level.

🌟 Honored & Grateful 🌟

🌟 I’m truly honored to be named one of CREW New York’s Stars of the Year alongside Robin Landow, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP. This recognition from my CREW NY colleagues means so much to me!

As Programs Chair, it has been incredibly rewarding to lead the Programs Committee in creating a dynamic year of events: ✨ seven luncheons featuring industry leaders, ✨ the Leading Ladies series, ✨ engaging tours, and ✨ our Holiday Party. Seeing the excitement and energy at these events has been a highlight of my CREW NY journey.

🎉 Huge congratulations to Robin, my fellow Star of the Year, Andrea Palacios, our Rising Star of the Year, and Akerman LLP, Sponsor of the Year! Together, we advance CREW New York’s mission of supporting women in commercial real estate.

Thank you, CREW New York, for this incredible honor and for the privilege of being part of such an amazing community. 💙
