You don’t need a big space to be organized. Kitchen cabinets can serve as food storage too. And when it comes to your spices, condiments and oils, it’s best to keep them close to the cooking area. What’s your favorite condiment? @ New York City

Being able to figure out which item works best in each space is crucial to organization. It’s kind of like a game of Tetris. You may not get it on the first try as those shapes come together many different ways. There is no one way to fold something. It depends on the space available and adapting to it. This family was not using the metal pull-out basket for laundry so we decided to make it a spot for kids throw blankets.

We transformed this coat closet to a pantry. Elia Feed Your Sister is super busy cooking for clients, creating healthy recipes and food blogging. We created this pantry for her to make her daily life more productive and efficient. She didn't want to spend extra money on containers so we did it budget style! We repurposed the items she already had in her apartment. @ New York, New York

If you can’t see it, you won’t wear it. Ampersand jewelry stacking trays are a great way to see all your favorite jewels. I find that a lot of my clients store their jewelry in boxes and bags not allowing them to see all they have. These trays can be put into a drawer or cabinet.
