The Shabbat menu is live!!

Please have your order in by 2pm Tuesday and be sure to include your address and phone number for delivery.

This will be the only menu this week. Due to the timing of Yom Kippur there will be no separate menu. There are some great options for before the fast and after.

The butternut squash soup is easy on the stomach and won't make you extra thirsty. That with a roasted chicken, potatoes and honey roasted carrots are the perfect main dish. I would add the beet, carrot and apple slaw to round it out with a fresh veg that will actually soothe the stomach.

Post fast - baked salmon, tuna, egg salad, hearts of palm and some dips for the win. Add your own bagels or rolls, cream cheese and butter. Done.

Let us know if you have any questions or need any further assistance.

Have an amazing week!!

Wishing you and easy and meaningful fast

This is a gf zucchini kugel from this week. It came out so perfectly golden brown on top it was literally begging to be photographed!
