Revamp Interior Design

Revamp Interior Design Revamp creates elegant livable edgy designs: the wink to make you smile & the pop to elicit a wow. Homes, restaurants, hotels- you'll never want to leave

At Revamp Interior Design, we delight in creating original settings for eating, drinking, laughing, connecting, and living life. For us, revamp means finding a space’s hidden beauty and infusing it with splashes of color, bundles of light and the irrepressible personality that every unique client brings to the mix. Whether we’re designing for home or hospitality, our method is the same: honor the space, give it a life of its own, and savor the creative surprises that are revealed in the process. Revamp will work with you to create a one-of-a-kind world where you’ll never want to leave.

A room can be full of beautiful things and still be a mess.

This client came to us after a complimentary furniture-store design process that delivered nice pieces, but no real plan.

Measurements matter. Scale matters. The room matters.

We stepped in, cleaned up the chaos, and gave the space a reason to make sense.

Pretty is cute. Fit is better.

We love when young clients have opinions.

This room was designed for a 14-year-old who knew what she liked: color, pattern, a cozy place to retreat, and a room that felt fully her own.

Our job wasn’t to talk her out of her instincts. It was to help shape them.

Sometimes design leadership means making the big decisions.
Sometimes it means knowing when to become the tool in someone else’s hand.

This room may not be exactly what we would have designed alone — and that’s what makes it special.

She had ownership.
We helped give it structure.

That’s the real win.

Pretty stone is one thing. Planned stone is another.

For this Harlem townhouse primary bathroom, we’re mapping the slabs before fabrication begins: movement, seams, cuts, curbs, benches, niches, and where the pattern lands in the room.

And because this is a townhouse, we’re also planning for the journey.

Three narrow flights of stairs. Heavy slabs. Tight turns. Real-life logistics.

All of that is part of the design.

This is the work most people never see — but it’s what makes the finished room feel intentional instead of accidental.

Shout out to the very strong men (and sometimes women 💪🏽) who make the impossible-feeling parts possible.

Some spaces make a statement the moment you walk in.

Double-height ceilings invite natural light to flood the room, while layered textures, rich materials, and thoughtfully selected furnishings create a home that feels both elevated and welcoming.

Beautiful design is not about filling a space. It is about giving every element room to shine.

I’m disgusted by so much of what this country is and has been.

I have a hard time wearing anything that resembles the American flag,
because too often it feels like that symbol has been claimed by people
who do not want freedom for all of us.

But I’m not ready to hand it over.

I still believe in freedom.

Not selective freedom.
Not flag-waving freedom.
Not freedom for some.

Freedom for all of us.

Here and around the world.

A little late from Design Week, but honestly, the good stuff sticks around.

A few moments from ICFF and The Future Perfect that are still living in our heads: thoughtful materials, beautiful craftsmanship, strange little details, bold ideas, and objects that make you stop and look twice.

The best part of getting out into the design world is not just seeing what’s new.

It’s noticing what has staying power.

Leaving with a full camera roll, a few obsessions, and plenty of ideas still working their way into future projects.

There is a lot of pressure to get design “right.”

To follow what is trending. To choose what feels current. To second guess the thing you actually love.

But the homes that stay with us usually feel personal. A little specific. A little unexpected. Full of things someone chose because they genuinely liked them.

Taste evolves. But trusting your own point of view never really goes out of style.

Happy Father’s Day to the one who makes our world feel steady, safe, and full.

The quiet backbone of so many things. Our protector. The patient one. The provider of excellent meals and calm when we need it most. The one who steps in, shows up, and somehow makes everything feel more okay.

Watching you be a father is one of my favorite things.

We love you big — and I hope you know we say it, feel it, and mean it all the time.

Happy Father’s Day 🤍

A dining room that doesn’t take itself too seriously.

Warm wood. A little color. A little contrast. Sculptural lighting overhead and chairs that make the whole room feel alive.

When a space has strong architectural bones, we like to let the materials and personality do the rest. Enough interest to feel layered, enough restraint to still feel calm.

Proof that functional spaces can still have a little fun.
