Good Old Fashion Mac and Cheese
The Ultimate Comfort Food: Classic Macaroni and Cheese
Ingredients:
3 cups dry elbow macaroni
4 Tbsp salted butter
2 (370 mL/12 oz) cans evaporated milk
1/3 cup milk of choice
2 large eggs
1/4 tsp garlic salt
4 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 tsp paprika
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly spray a 9×13 inch baking pan.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook until al dente. Drain and return to the pot.
Stir in the butter until melted. Set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together evaporated milk, milk, eggs, and garlic salt until fully combined.
In a separate bowl, mix together the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
Layer 1/3 of the macaroni in the prepared baking pan, then 1/3 of the cheese mixture. Repeat with the remaining macaroni and cheese mixture.
Pour the milk mixture evenly over the top. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.

Juicy Pineapple Heaven Cake

This cake is a tropical dream—soft, moist, and bursting with sweet pineapple flavor. The light glaze adds the perfect finishing touch for a refreshing and irresistible dessert.

Ingredients

- 1 ½ cups (190 g) all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup (113 g) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup (120 g) sour cream
- 1 cup (240 g) crushed pineapple, well drained

For the Glaze

- ½ cup (60 g) powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) pineapple juice

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour a loaf pan.

2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

3. In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.

4. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in the vanilla extract.

5. Alternately add the dry ingredients and sour cream to the butter mixture, starting and ending with the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.

6. Gently fold in the crushed pineapple, ensuring it is evenly distributed.

7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.

8. Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

9. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

One-Pan Chicken with Buttered Noodles
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
8 oz egg noodles
3 tbsp butter
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Directions:
Cook Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Prepare Noodles: In the same skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant. Stir in chicken broth and heavy cream, then bring to a simmer. Add egg noodles, cover, and cook until tender (8-10 minutes).
Combine: Stir in butter and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Return chicken to the skillet to heat through.

Decadent Garlic Parmesan Bacon Alfredo Dip
Ingredients:
1 cup Alfredo sauce
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Fresh bread or crackers for dipping
Instructions:

Chicken Spaghetti That Everyone Loves
Ingredients:

2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
3 cups dry spaghetti, broken into 2-inch pieces
2 cans (10.5 oz each) cream of mushroom soup
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup finely diced green bell pepper
1/4 cup finely diced onion
1 jar (4 oz) diced pimentos, drained
2 cups reserved chicken broth (from cooking the chicken)
1 teaspoon Lawry's Seasoned Salt
1/8 teaspoon to 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (to taste)
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup additional grated sharp cheddar cheese (for topping)
Instructions:

Prepare the Chicken: Cook a whole fryer chicken, then shred or chop the meat into small pieces until you have 2 cups of cooked chicken.

Cook the Spaghetti: Use the reserved chicken broth to cook the spaghetti until al dente. Be sure not to overcook. Once done, drain the spaghetti.

Mix the Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, chicken, cream of mushroom soup, grated cheddar cheese, green pepper, onion, diced pimentos, seasoned salt, cayenne pepper, and salt and pepper to taste. Stir everything together until well combined.

Assemble the Casserole: Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish. Top with the remaining 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese.

Cook or Store:

To Bake Immediately: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 45 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden. If the cheese starts to brown too much, cover the casserole with foil.
To Freeze: Cover the casserole and freeze for up to 6 months.
To Refrigerate: Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
Serve: Once baked, let it cool slightly before serving.

I made Lemon Garlic Butter Chicken Bites with Savory Parmesan Linguine, and it was delicious! The chicken is so tender and the creamy parmesan pasta is the perfect pairing. Simple, flavorful and a meal everyone will enjoy!

Just baked this amazing Pineapple Juice Cake, and it’s a tropical dream come true! 🍍🍰 Perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients:
1 box (15.25 ounces) yellow or buttercream cake mix (I prefer Betty Crocker or Pillsbury)
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup pineapple juice
4 large eggs
For the glaze:
2 cups powdered sugar
3/4 cup pineapple juice
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 10 to 12 cup Bundt pan with flour.
Using an electric mixer, combine cake mix, vegetable oil, pineapple juice, and eggs in a large bowl. Beat for about two minutes until well blended.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until the cake begins to pull away from the sides and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes while you make the glaze.
In a saucepan, mix powdered sugar, pineapple juice, and butter. Cook on medium-low heat until the butter melts, stirring constantly.
Using a skewer or toothpick, poke holes in the cake. Pour the warm glaze over the cake while it is still in the pan. It will look like a lot of glaze, but keep pouring.
Let the cake cool for another 15 to 20 minutes, or until most of the glaze has been absorbed. Then, invert the cake onto a serving plate.
