Easy and Delicious Pan Flatbread Recipe Without Oven or Yeast! Learn how to make mouthwatering flatbreads with boiling water and flour on KichHaus, your go-to YouTube channel for delightful and simple recipes.

Ingredients:
- 300g all-purpose flour
- 3g salt
- 150ml boiling water
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper
- 10g chopped parsley
- 15ml olive oil

For dusting:
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of salt
- Black pepper

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine 300g of all-purpose flour and 3g of salt.
2. Add 150ml boiling water and mix thoroughly.
3. Incorporate 1 egg, 1 tsp crushed red pepper, 10g chopped parsley, and 15ml olive oil. Knead the dough until smooth.
4. Transfer the dough to a working surface, shape it into a log, and divide it into 8 parts.
5. Brush a baking pan with vegetable oil.
6. Shape each dough piece into a ball and place them in the baking dish. Brush the dough with oil, cover it, and let it rest for 30-60 minutes.
7. Prepare the flour, olive oil, salt, and black pepper mixture.
8. After resting, poke a hole in each dough ball, flatten it, and brush with the oil mixture.
9. Roll up the dough, pinch the ends, and flatten them with your palm.
10. Cover and let them rest for an additional 15 minutes.
11. Flatten each dough ball with a rolling pin (about 18 cm in diameter).
12. Heat a pan over medium heat with olive oil or your preferred cooking oil.
13. Cook each flatbread for 2 minutes on one side, flip, and fry for an additional 1-2 minutes.
14. Optional: Brush with olive oil.

2 to 3 teaspoons Salt, to taste (10 to 12 grams)
1 1/2 cups to 1 2/3 cups Hot Water (about 320-330 ml)
