Just back from Stockholm, traveling at the invitation of Svenskt Tenn with a group of amazing designers. We spent our days immersed in the company’s extraordinary heritage…a century of craft, pattern and vision. Between the Barbro Nilsson exhibition, the weaving archives and the auction houses, I came home with a full camera roll and a longer wishlist. There is nothing like seeing where the greats found their inspiration to inspire your own!

Every piece in this room carries a past life, other than the globe and sofa. I always come back to older pieces because they bring history, character, and a sense of permanence that new furniture rarely delivers.
