This is still, my favorite Dolly album, Still in rotation, I love that trio of bluegrass albums she did in the aughts, stripped down, just her voice and a simple guitar. Other Dolly run ins…. Circa 9 to 5 era, I was obsessed with that film and I begged for the 45 of 9 to 5 at the record store, I got it, I believe the B side was odd jobs? Ok, I also had this typing game on my computer that was based on 9 to 5, the faster and more accurately you typed, the. “ Dolly” character would run down the hall and be able to get away from Mr Hart, if you made too many errors, he would catch her, can you believe that? The characters were pixels but still, this was like a kids game to teach typing! The 80’s. Oh and I also drove to the Smokey mountains in Tennessee, made a pilgrimage to Dollywood, but alas it was not open yet for the season! Hey I saw the parking lot.
