Cool down with a tropical twist! 🌴☀️ Our Hawaiian Iced Tea is the perfect refreshment for any sunny day! 🍍🍋

Recipe

Ingredients:

8 cups water
2 family-size tea bags
2 sprigs fresh mint
Juice of one lemon
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup fine granulated sugar
Directions:
Boil the water and steep the tea bags with mint sprigs for about 5-7 minutes.
Remove the tea bags and mint, then stir in lemon juice, pineapple juice, and sugar until dissolved.
Chill the mixture in the refrigerator. Serve over ice and garnish with additional mint or a slice of pineapple.

Recipe Details:

Ingredients:

2 cups Strawberries, fresh
2 additional Strawberries for decoration
2 large Eggs
2 tbsp Cocoa powder
Red food coloring (as needed for desired redness)
3/4 cup Granulated sugar
2 tsp Strawberry extract
1 cup White chocolate chips
10 Chocolate graham crackers, crushed
1/4 cup Butter, melted
1/2 cup Sweetened condensed milk
24 oz Cream cheese, softened
3 1/2 cups Heavy cream
1 cup Mascarpone cheese
1/4 cup Sour cream
2 tsp Gelatin, unflavored
1/4 cup Water

Directions:

Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
Combine cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, and strawberry extract until smooth. Divide mixture in two.
Mix one part with mashed strawberries and gelatin dissolved in water. Pour over the crust as the first layer.
Mix the second part with cocoa powder, red food coloring, and melted white chocolate. Carefully pour over the strawberry layer.
Whip heavy cream and mascarpone to stiff peaks and spread over the red velvet layer.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
Garnish with fresh strawberries and drizzle with condensed milk before serving.

Getting ready for game day with these oven-baked nachos! 🏈🧀 Just 25 minutes to cheesy perfection!

Recipe Details:

Ingredients:

1 large bag of tortilla chips
2 cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese (or a blend of Monterey Jack and Colby)
1 can (15-ounce) black beans, rinsed and drained
1 fresh tomato, diced
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1 jalapeño, thinly sliced (seeds optional)
1/2 cup black olives, sliced
1/2 cup sweet corn (fresh, frozen, or canned)
1 cup cooked, shredded chicken or ground beef (optional)
Chopped cilantro, for garnish
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F.
In a large tin foil tray, layer tortilla chips.
Sprinkle half the cheese over chips.
Top with black beans, tomato, onion, jalapeño, olives, and corn.
Add cooked meat if using.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
Garnish with cilantro before serving.

Recipe Details:

Ingredients:

Chicken (breast or thighs)
Potatoes (Yukon gold or red)
Carrots, celery, onion
Bacon and bacon drippings
Garlic, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce
Flour, chicken broth, half and half
Cheddar cheese, green onions
Seasonings: dried parsley, rosemary, oregano, mustard powder, red pepper flakes

Directions:

Cook bacon, set aside, and use drippings for flavor.
Sear chicken seasoned with salt and pepper, then set aside.
Sauté onions, carrots, and celery in the same pot.
Add garlic and other seasonings.
Stir in flour, then gradually add broth and cream.
Add diced potatoes, simmer until tender, then add back the chicken.
Finish by stirring in cheese and bacon, garnish with green onions.

Ingredients:

For the cookies:

10 tablespoons unsalted butter, cool room temperature
¾ cup granulated sugar
1 large egg, cool room temperature
1 tablespoon light corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1¼ cups all-purpose flour
6 tablespoons unsweetened natural cocoa powder
1 teaspoon cornstarch
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon fine salt

For the chocolate drizzle:

½ cup milk chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vegetable oil

For the filling:

1 stick unsalted butter, cool room temperature
2 tablespoons unsweetened natural cocoa powder, sifted
1½ cups powdered sugar, sifted
2 tablespoons warm water
½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Mix in egg, corn syrup, and vanilla.
Whisk together flour, cocoa, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into wet ingredients.
Drop dough by tablespoons on prepared sheets. Bake for 8-9 minutes. Cool on racks.
For drizzle, melt chocolate with oil and drizzle over cookies.

Ingredients:

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1/2 cup grape tomatoes, halved
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
1 14.5 oz can chicken broth
12 oz fettuccine
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup white wine (Moscato recommended)
2 tbsp water

Directions:

Season chicken with Cajun seasoning and sauté in olive oil until fully cooked. Set aside.
In the same pan, add butter, garlic, mushrooms, and tomatoes; cook until soft.
Sprinkle flour and cornstarch over the vegetables, then slowly add chicken broth, heavy cream, and white wine, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens.

1 or 2 celery stalks, thinly sliced

Directions:

In a large pot, sauté chicken, garlic, mushrooms, shallot, and celery in butter until the

1 lb ground chicken

1 large egg
3/4 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp pepper

2 tbsp olive oil
4 hoagie rolls
3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
3/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Mix ground chicken, garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and breadcrumbs to form meatballs.
In a pan, heat olive oil and cook meatballs until browned and cooked through.
For the sauce, melt butter in a saucepan, add cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Combine meatballs with Alfredo sauce and serve on hoagie rolls.

Black Velvet Cheesecake Cookies

Whip up something wickedly delicious this Halloween with our Black Velvet Cheesecake Cookies! 🎃🍫 They're the ultimate treat for any chocolate lover!

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup light packed brown sugar
26 tsp black cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla extract
11 tbsp granulated white sugar
3/4 cup unsalted butter
6 oz cream cheese
2 egg yolks

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and black cocoa powder.
In a separate bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until fluffy.
Beat in egg yolks and vanilla extract until smooth.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until dough forms.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar.
Take a tablespoon of cookie dough, flatten it, place a teaspoon of cream cheese mixture in the center, and roll the dough around the filling to form a ball.
Roll each cookie ball in additional black cocoa powder mixed with a tablespoon of granulated sugar.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
