Berry Spinach Salad with Blueberries and Raspberries by Savor Food Moments

**Ingredients:**

- 4 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette

**Directions:**

1. In a large salad bowl, combine the fresh spinach, blueberries, raspberries, and thinly sliced red onion.
2. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese and sliced almonds on top of the salad.
3. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette and toss gently to combine.
4. Serve immediately and enjoy the fresh flavors of summer in every bite!

My Favorite Fruit Salad by Savor Food Moments

Ingredients:

• 2 cups fresh blackberries
• 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
• 1 cup fresh blueberries
• 1 cup diced fresh pineapple
• 2 tablespoons honey
• Zest of 1 orange
• Juice of 1 lime
• 2 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped

Directions:

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the blackberries, strawberries, blueberries, and diced pineapple.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, orange zest, and lime juice until well combined.
3. Pour the honey-citrus mixture over the fruit and gently toss to coat all the fruit evenly.
4. Sprinkle the chopped mint over the fruit salad and gently mix again.
5. Serve immediately, or chill in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes before serving for a cooler, refreshing taste.

🥒𝙄𝙣𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 of Cucumber Smoothie For Weight Loss:

- 1/2 cup of sliced cucumbers
- 1/2 large avocado (peeled and pitted)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1/2 lemon – juiced
- 1 handful of kale (washed)

🧉𝙄𝙉𝙎𝙏𝙍𝙐𝘾𝙏𝙄𝙊𝙉𝙎:

1. Slice a cucumber and measure 1/2 cup from the slices. Wash the kale, and prepare the avocado as instructed.
2. Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender starting with the kale and coconut water. Blitz until smooth.
3. The blending should take between 2 to 4 minutes.
4. Serve and enjoy!

There's something magical about baking these Raspberry Cinnamon Rolls with Lemon Glaze. It takes me back to Sunday mornings at Grandma's, where the kitchen smelled like love and warmth. These rolls are a perfect blend of sweet raspberries and spicy cinnamon, topped with a zesty lemon glaze. They're not just a treat, they're a hug in a bite! Try them out and share a piece of love with your family.

Ingredients:

- Dough:
- 2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup water
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 egg

- Filling:
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

- Lemon Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest

Directions:

1. **Prepare the Dough:**
- In a large bowl, mix 1 cup flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Set aside.
- Heat milk, water, and butter until warm. Add to flour mixture, then add the egg. Mix well.
- Add remaining flour, a little at a time, until dough is soft. Knead on a floured surface until smooth, about 5 minutes.
- Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.

2. **Prepare the Filling:**
- Gently toss raspberries with sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.

3. **Assemble the Rolls:**
- Roll dough into a 15x10 inch rectangle. Spread raspberry mixture evenly over dough.
- Roll up from the long side and cut into 12 rolls. Place in a greased baking dish. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.

4. **Bake:**
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake rolls for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool.
