🍪 Chocolate Chip Cookie Balls

✨ These bite-sized treats combine soft, golden chocolate chip cookies with a smooth, crisp milk chocolate shell. They’re adorable, easy to eat, and packed with both dark and milk chocolate chips. 🤎🍫

🛒 Ingredients
100 g softened butter
130 g brown sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla flavoring
230 g all-purpose flour
100 g dark chocolate chips
100 g milk chocolate chips
About 200 g milk chocolate, for the shells
👩‍🍳 Step-by-Step Instructions — 12 Steps
Place 100 g softened butter in a mixing bowl.
Add 130 g brown sugar and mix thoroughly with the softened butter.
Add 1 large egg and 1 tsp vanilla flavoring, then mix until combined.
Gradually add 230 g all-purpose flour, mixing as you go until a cookie dough forms.
Fold in 100 g dark chocolate chips and 100 g milk chocolate chips, distributing them evenly throughout the dough.
Take very small portions of dough and roll them between your hands to create tiny cookie balls.
Place one small cookie dough ball into each cavity of a half-sphere mold.
Bake at 180°C / 350°F for 13 minutes.
Remove the baked mini cookies from the mold, then wash and dry the half-sphere mold.
Melt about 200 g milk chocolate until completely smooth. Pour some melted chocolate into each clean mold cavity, making sure not to fill the cavities all the way to the top.
Place one baked mini cookie directly over the melted chocolate in each cavity.
Transfer the mold to the freezer until the chocolate shells are completely hard. Carefully unmold the finished Cookie Balls and enjoy!
💡 Baker’s Tip

Keep the dough balls very small so they fit comfortably inside the half-sphere cavities. When adding the melted milk chocolate, don't fill the molds completely—the cookie needs enough room to sit inside without causing the chocolate to overflow.

⏱️ Recipe Details

Oven temperature: 180°C / 350°F
Baking time: 13 minutes
Freezing time: Until the chocolate shell is completely firm

🕷️ Chocolate Spider Web Pretzels 🕸️

These Chocolate Spider Web Pretzels are the kind of Halloween treat that looks wildly impressive but is secretly so simple. Crisp, salty pretzel sticks get connected with swirls of melted white or dark chocolate, turning an everyday snack into the cutest edible spider webs.

They’re sweet, salty, crunchy, and made for decorating. Add candy eyes, Halloween sprinkles, or little chocolate spiders and suddenly you have a spooky Halloween party treat kids and adults will both want to grab.

🛒 Ingredients
Regular or gluten-free pretzel sticks
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup chocolate chips
2 tsp organic refined coconut oil
Festive Halloween sprinkles, optional
Candy eyes, optional
👩‍🍳 12-Step Instructions
Place the white chocolate chips and chocolate chips into separate microwave-safe bowls.
Divide the 2 tsp coconut oil between the two bowls.
Microwave each bowl in 20-second intervals, stirring between intervals, until smoothly melted. Avoid overheating the chocolate.
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone liner. If using a silicone liner, lightly spray with coconut oil if needed.
Arrange 8 pretzel sticks per spider web in a circular wheel, with one end of every pretzel pointing toward the center.
Transfer each melted chocolate mixture to a zip-top bag and snip off a tiny corner, or use a chocolate squeeze bottle.
Pipe a generous amount of melted chocolate into the center of each pretzel wheel to bind all 8 pretzel sticks together.
Starting near the center, pipe increasingly larger chocolate circles over the pretzel sticks until you reach their outer edges. Keep the chocolate lines thick enough to hold the web together.
Run a toothpick gently through the chocolate circles to enhance the spider-web appearance.
Decorate while the chocolate is still soft with optional Halloween sprinkles and candy eyes.
For extra decoration, use melted chocolate to create small chocolate spiders on the webs if desired.
Freeze until the chocolate is completely hardened, then carefully lift the webs from the liner and enjoy.
💡 Baker's Tip

The most important trick is not piping the chocolate too thinly. Thicker chocolate rings connect the pretzel spokes securely, making the finished webs much less likely to break when lifted.
