We worked directly with the .gallery and the artist to create a completely custom piece for my client, with every color chosen by her to work perfectly within the space. The texture, dimension, and movement in the artwork made it the focal point of the room.

Homes like this come with so much character..the goal is to build on that, not fight it.
When you’re working in a home built in the 1800s, it’s all about finding the balance between honoring what’s there and making it feel comfortable for how it’s lived in today.
In these spaces, we leaned into deeper greens to bring warmth and depth, while still letting the original architecture do its thing.

When we start a project, layout and space planning are always the top priority.

Before a single piece is ordered, we need to know exactly what’s going where — how it will function, how it will feel, and how it will make the most of every inch.

In this project, that meant adding a fireplace with built-ins and even expanding the living room by about a foot to get the proportions just right.

This is where the planning pays off.
Trust the process. It’s always worth it in the end..

Some might say I lean towards the neutral shades (😂) ..and sometimes that’s true. But I also love a bold color, especially when it’s used to highlight beautiful millwork.

These spaces show that your favorite colors can live anywhere in your home. When used thoughtfully, they feel timeless.
