Staying home and musing over the desire to change the earth tones of the sofa area, I found some great remnants in the shelf and played around with them. No need to re-upholster the sofa but just the chair. i decided to create my version of a slipcover using three different green fabrics and textures and upholster the chair in a mauve-like pink silk to brighten up the “seriousness of the green” and still make the use the Morrocan star lamps possible. The two Morrocan lamps are colorful: one is yellow and the other is muti-color in tones of greens, blues and some yellow. To help the relationship of colors between the sofa and the chair, I switched the position of the lamps, bringing the yellow closer to the chair and the multi-color next to the sofa. The next step is to work on the wall, lamp for the left of the sofa and hide the internet and phone connection boxes!
