Hey all you Salty's out there.... after a longer than expected hiatus WE ARE BACK!

My apologies for leaving you all hanging for so long. We are working on an updated buisness model along with new classes (website will be updated this week) and are very excited about things to come.

At the top of the list, we will be offering a more advanced and involved class once a month and doing live demos, along with continuing our skills classes. Cocktail classes will also be coming into the mix to help you up your game this summer 🍹🍸

Thank you all for sticking with me and I'm really looking forward to this summer.... we gonna get the f$!& DOWN on some good eats! Javier is very excited, you should be too 😉

This Easter, we're keepin it classic with croque madames and a French 75 cocktail.

Good ham and gruyere cheese slapped between two slices of griddled brioche make an already delicious sando, but topping it off with mornay sauce and a sunny egg is probably the reason He came back after 3 days. 😉 Register here!
