Ingredients:
- 1 shortcrust pastry
- 200 g smoked salmon
- 150 g garlic and herb Boursin cheese
- 3 eggs
- 200 ml thick creamy fresh cheese
- 100 ml milk
- A pinch of nutmeg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- A few chives for decoration
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Roll out the shortcrust pastry and line a tart dish with it.
3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, thick cream, milk, nutmeg, salt, and pepper until well combined.
