Welcome to After Seven by Nicole Fisher Interiors at the Kips Bay Decorator Show House. Designed to feel like a members-only experience and built to bend reality into a lush, surrealist fantasy perched above Greenwich Village you have to see to believe.

A huge thank you to all of our incredible sponsors and partners who helped us bring this rooftop to life.

Media walks the rooftop today. Two months of build, one afternoon of first looks. Meet me on the eighth.

See what press saw today.

Our rooftop at the Kips Bay Show House and Our UWS project are being installed at the same time. Different jobs entirely. Kips Bay is a show house: thirty days to see it in person, built to be talked about long after it closes. West End is a family's home, designed to be lived in every day. One room's about to hold hundreds of strangers per day. The other's about to hold a family's memories.

Different jobs entirely, and doing both at the same time is exactly the kind of range this studio is built on.

DM us to get started on your project,

Nine days out. The deadline doesn't move, and it doesn't need to. Design. Technical. Install. Every part of this room already covered by someone who knows exactly what they're doing. Kips Bay opens September 16. We're equipped.

So much went into this home office. Wood paneled wallpaper, Holly Hunt wool window treatments with a pop of yellow, a vintage Danish wingback chair, custom walnut millwork to hide the monitors, a geometric Stark rug, and our personal favorite, a crinkle stainless side table from that just gives the whole room pause. Why fit in when you can stand out?

You know no one else in this town has an office like this one. If you dare to stand out, give us a ring. We want to talk.

DM 'STUDIO' to start a project.

Named. Not lumped in.

Two eyes, stacked instead of side by side. Draw them that way and they stop being two eyes. They're an eight.

That's the actual logic behind the name. Not an hour, not a clock. Eight is the floor we built on. Eight is the constant number in our firm, all signs point to the number 8.

After Seven. Kips Bay Decorator Show House, 80 Washington Place. September 15 through October 13.
