These Garlic Butter Chicken Bites with Creamy Parmesan Pasta are the perfect weeknight dinner! 🍝🧄 Comfort food at its finest!
Ingredients:

Chicken Bites:

1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Creamy Parmesan Pasta:

8 oz (225 g) pasta (fettuccine, penne, or your choice)
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:

Cook the Pasta:
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Prepare Chicken Bites:

Heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Season the chicken pieces with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Add to the skillet.

1 teaspoon baking powder
Toffee Sauce:

1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup light brown sugar
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch round cake pan or individual ramekins.

3 large eggs
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Whipped cream and banana slices for garnish
Directions:

Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
