Warm Cranberry, Spinach, and Creamy Brie Salad
Ingredients:
6 cups fresh baby spinach
1 cup fresh or dried cranberries
6 oz creamy brie cheese, cubed (rind removed if desired)
¼ cup chopped walnuts or pecans, toasted
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic glaze or reduction
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Optional Add-Ins:
¼ small red onion, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon honey (for extra sweetness)
Crusty bread on the side
Directions:
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add spinach and sauté just until wilted (1–2 minutes).
Remove from heat and immediately stir in cranberries and cubed brie. Let the heat from the spinach slightly melt the brie for a creamy texture.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer to a serving platter or bowl. Sprinkle toasted nuts on top and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
Serve warm with crusty bread or as a luxurious side dish.

Ingredients
1 lb flank steak
2 bell peppers (any color), sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Flour or corn tortillas
Lime wedges
Fresh cilantro (optional)
Directions
1. Pour the olive oil into a large skillet and set it over medium-high heat, letting it get nice and hot.
2. While the pan heats, season both sides of your flank steak generously with chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.

2 racks of beef ribs
1 cup barbeque sauce
1/2 cup beef broth
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Start by seasoning your beef ribs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, making sure every inch gets a good coating.
2. In a bowl, stir together the barbeque sauce, beef broth, and brown sugar until everything’s nicely blended.
3. Lay your seasoned ribs in the slow cooker, then pour that rich sauce mixture right over them.

8 oz fettuccine
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cups broccoli florets
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish
Directions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook your fettuccine according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. While the pasta cooks, warm up the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and let it sizzle for about a minute, just until it’s fragrant.
3. Toss in the shrimp and cook until they turn that lovely pink color, about 3-4 minutes.
