Ingredients:
- 400 ml filtered water
- 2-3 tsp Sirocco vanilla black tea
- 15 g sugar
- 200 ml water (for lemonade)
- 50 g fresh lemon juice
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices (for garnish)

Directions:
1) In a jar, combine 400 ml of filtered water and 2-3 tsp of Sirocco vanilla black tea. Give it a stir and let it infuse in the fridge overnight.
2) For the homemade lemonade, dissolve 15 g of sugar in 200 ml of warm water. Once it's cool, mix in 50 g of fresh lemon juice.
3) Grab a glass and fill it with ice cubes. Pour in the lemonade (about 150 ml or to your taste) and add some lemon slices if you’re feeling fancy.
4) Top it off with your chilled vanilla black tea infusion. Serve and enjoy every refreshing sip! You can keep the vanilla black tea infusion in the fridge for up to a week. Cheers! 🍹

- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk (or more to taste)

Directions:
1. Start by adding the cold water, lime wedges, and granulated sugar into your blender. Blend everything until it's smooth and the lime wedges are fully incorporated.

2. Next, place a fine mesh strainer over a bowl and pour the mixture from the blender into the strainer. This will catch all the lime pulp and any leftover bits—feel free to discard those!

3. Rinse your blender to keep everything tidy. Now, pour that lovely strained lime juice back into the blender and add in the sweetened condensed milk.

4. Blend again until it’s smooth and frothy, making sure it tastes just right!

- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 lemons (zested and juiced)
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 egg yolks (lightly beaten)
- 4 egg whites
- 6 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

1. **Make the Crust:** In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Cut in the cold cubed butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Slowly add ice water, one tablespoon at a time, until the dough comes together. Chill the dough for about 30 minutes.
