Country Fried Pork Chops with Bacon Gravy 🥓🍖
Ingredients:
- 4 pork chops, seasoned
- 1½ cups buttermilk
- 1 cup flour with salt, pepper, paprika
- Oil for frying
- 4 strips bacon, chopped
- 3 tbsp bacon drippings
- 2 tbsp flour, 1½ cups milk
Directions:
1. Soak chops in buttermilk 30 minutes. Dredge in flour mix. Fry until golden.
2. Cook bacon, save drippings. Stir in flour to make roux; add milk and whisk to gravy.
3. Serve chops topped with gravy.
