Country Fried Pork Chops with Bacon Gravy 🥓🍖

Ingredients:
- 4 pork chops, seasoned
- 1½ cups buttermilk
- 1 cup flour with salt, pepper, paprika
- Oil for frying
- 4 strips bacon, chopped
- 3 tbsp bacon drippings
- 2 tbsp flour, 1½ cups milk

Directions:
1. Soak chops in buttermilk 30 minutes. Dredge in flour mix. Fry until golden.
2. Cook bacon, save drippings. Stir in flour to make roux; add milk and whisk to gravy.
3. Serve chops topped with gravy.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda, powder, cinnamon
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 cups grated carrot
- ¾ cup sugar, brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup shredded coconut

Frosting:
- 8 oz cream cheese, ½ cup butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

- 2 tbsp olive oil

- ½ cup grated Parmesan
- ¼ cup ranch dressing

French Onion Melt Chicken Bake 🧅🍗

Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 large onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 cup shredded Gruyère or Swiss cheese

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Season chicken and sear in butter 2–3 min per side; transfer to bake dish.
3. In skillet, sauté onions and thyme until caramelized.
